SHIPPING
We are currently mailing all orders using USPS.
Typical delivery times for USPS mail within the USA:
- Express: 1-2 business days*
- Priority Mail: 1-3 business days*
- First Class: 2-5 days*
- Media Mail: 2-8 days*
- International orders: vary*
*Estimated ship times are after the order has been fulfilled and leaves the warehouse not from the time the order was placed. Shipping times are not guaranteed. Please note that orders for future releases (preorders) will ship the date of their release.
If an order is returned to us marked "unclaimed", "refused", "unknown" or "insufficient address" we reserve the right to charge to re-ship the order to you. If you decide to cancel the order after it ships postage will not be refunded.
If you haven’t received your order after 28 working days, please contact us. Most items that customers believe are “lost” are later returned to us as "unclaimed" by the local postal service. Very, very few orders actually go missing never to be seen again!
Also note that both Trey and A.J. may be on tour and unable to fulfill orders until we return. Rarely this is for more than a week or two per year. If we are unable to fulfill orders they will be mailed upon our return. Sorry for the delay.
RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, unless product is damaged or defective, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt to process your return or exchange.

EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
