BLUETECH RETURNS WITH PETITE CONSTELLATIONS — A COSMIC MINIATURE ON DiN
Evan Bartholomew, known to the electronic music world as Bluetech, has announced the release of Petite Constellations, his latest full-length album and second appearance on the esteemed DiN label. The album is set for release on May 2, 2026, and is available for preorder now on limited edition vinyl through Behind The Sky, with a companion limited edition Digipak CD via DiN.
A celebrated figure across ambient, downtempo, and electronic music communities, Bartholomew is known for his rich emotional textures, intricate sound design, and a signature atmospheric quality that bridges the organic and the digital. With Petite Constellations, he steps into a strikingly new direction — one defined by restraint, melody, and quiet wonder.
The album's thirteen tracks function as musical miniatures, echoing the concise compositional economy of Erik Satie's piano works, while serving as a heartfelt homage to Mort Garson's iconic Mother Earth's Plantasia. Guided by the hermetic principle of "as above, so below," each vignette moves fluidly between the cosmic and the microscopic — contrapuntal analogue synth lines weaving and intertwining with an unhurried grace that rewards deep, repeated listening.
Petite Constellations is delicate in form, but vast in depth. Both the vinyl and CD editions feature the same striking artwork, each beautifully produced and worthy of the music they carry.
Preorder now. Releases May 2, 2026 — limited edition vinyl and Digipak CD at 7D Media.
